Who can buy from ReFURNISH?
ReFurnish is open to everyone especially those on a low income or in receipt of a means tested benefit / credit such as:
- Income support
- Incapacity benefit
- Jobseeker’s allowance
- Housing benefit
- Working tax credit
- Pension credit
Who is eligible for discounts?
We offer a discount on most items for pensioners and those on a means tested benefit. You will need to demonstrate that you are in receipt of a benefit to qualify for the discount.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, contact your nearest shop for details of our delivery charges.
Do you connect appliances such as a washing machine?
No, you are responsible for getting a suitably qualified person to fit your appliance.
Do you offer a warranty of electrical goods?
Yes, the length of the warranty depends on whether we deliver the item or you collect it yourself, contact the shop for details.
What happens if the item doesn’t fit?
You are responsible for ensuring that we can get the item into your house, if we can’t we will take it back and issue a credit note for the price of the item – but the delivery charge is not refundable.
Can I leave a deposit?
Yes, but these are non-refundable. You can reserve items free of charge for up to 24 hours.
